Pie menus are great. They let you turn menu options into giant target zones so you can select items super fast.
Voxie had a problem with theirs, though. It wasn’t always clear to users that when you clicked outside the menu, you were selecting an item instead of closing the menu.
To improve things, we added a colored disk under the mouse that matches the color of the node you are selecting. We then added a connector to the node to further confirm what will happen.
